We are a small team of experienced marketing and design professionals based in the Wyedean. We’ve been helping our clients do better marketing and achieve more for over 15 years. We work with a huge variety of clients. We love helping small businesses, charities, not-for-profits and start-ups grow and achieve their potential. We are known especially for our work with businesses in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley because that’s where we’re based, including those in tourism and hospitality and for our work with start-ups and product launches. However, our clients so far have been in Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Oxfordshire, London and beyond.

Having lived and worked here for most of our lives, we know the businesses, the people and the places inside out. Where it all began
Alex started freelancing in 2010, joining up with Ross later to create Wyedean Marketing. We were the first full service marketing agency here when we launched. The response from local businesses was wonderful – they were grateful to finally be able to hire local after previously working with agencies in nearby cities who just didn’t know the Wyedean well enough and missed the mark with inauthentic, salesy content. We quickly built a reputation for authenticity, for the quality of our work, our individual service for each client and for reaping rewards for their businesses.
Where we are now
We’re still here and still working with some of our original clients, which feels amazing. They trust us with their business and they enjoy working with us. It’s certainly not been easy, and we’ve made mistakes and learnt from them. But we love what we do and wouldn’t want to do anything else.

We know our stuff and are up-to-date with new marketing platforms and outlets, yet we still excel at the old too. We are constantly learning, developing our skills and reading up on changes with digital marketing, PPC, SEO, algorithms, reporting, data and social media developments so that we can keep our clients’ marketing up-to-date too.

Our passion for seeing this area thrive and showcasing its brilliant businesses has been at the forefront of our work for over 15 years. We’ve lived and worked in the Wyedean for most of our lives, worked with many businesses, run the marketing for the tourism association and walked most of the footpaths here! We want to continue to be a part of seeing our local economy blossom and businesses flourish.
